The first Eco Market Malta will be held in the beautiful nature grounds of The Gaia Foundation on Saturday 25 and Sunday 26 May.

 

The Eco Market presents you with a carefully curated event focused on all things good for people and planet. They are a community of change-makers who aspire to make ethical consumption the norm and present a purposeful shopping experience in Malta!

 

Two days of featuring a market place with responsible businesses and eco-friendly products, and a jam-packed weekend with interesting talks, workshops and social gatherings – all aimed towards raising awareness about safeguarding our precious environment.

Public transport:  From Valletta to Ghajn Tuffieha take bus number 44 and the journey should take around 1 hour.

 

Besides market stalls by sustainable businesses and ethical local artisans, there will be NGOs, Social Enterprises and other organisations spreading the message of a better world. The market includes several approved and vetted vendors with local fresh organic produce, natural food and snacks, ethical fashion, toys and housewares, natural and non-toxic personal care products, arts and crafts….

As a direct response to this, the Eco Market wants to help and assist a smooth transition to a sustainable lifestyle.
