Primary HealthCare Health Centres

Health Centres are a network of clinics within the Primary HealthCare that provide healthcare related services by the Government.
Besides the General practitioner and nursing services, other various specialised health services available include Podiatry, Physiotherapy, Immunisation, Speech and Language, Well women, Well baby, Diabetes, Orthopaedic and Medical Consultant clinics. Services are free of charge to entitled residents of the Maltese Islands.
Three health centres Mosta, Floriana and Paola have a doctor in attendance 24/7. The other health centres may be found in Gzira, Birkirkara, Rabat, Cospicua, Kirkop, Qormi, as well as in Victoria, Gozo.
Time schedules at these clinics vary. Those wishing to set an appointment or seek further information on the health centre services available may contact the call centre on 2123 1231.
