Every weekend up to Sunday, February 23, Bay Street will be providing free entertainment and children's crafts and animation from noon to 6pm. 

Each Saturday and Sunday, visitors can enjoy live entertainment featuring local singers, bands and dance schools, free animation, including face painting, crafts, balloon modelling and jumping castels, a meet and greet with children's faourite cartoon characters, and special offers.
