Bingemma Gap —(C 31) Circular Walk – no transport provided
Meeting time; 2.15pm–
Walk starts 2.30pm
The group will park outside the chapel at Bingemma Gap where it walk uphill and take a right turn that takes the members to the Ghemmieri Palace (Villa Gomerino) which is painted red. One can admire this rather unique collection of dwellings and proceed uphill past some large greenhouses and take a track to the top of Tas-Santi valley, where we aim for the Victoria Lines on the groups right. The group will pass Bingemma Fort and walk first on top of the Victoria Lines and then below admiring the views of Mgarr, Zebbiegh and across to Comino and Gozo. When the group will reach the surfaced road we turn uphill back to the chapel where we left our cars.
