Natural approaches to calming your newborn baby and to help your baby sleep better, using time-proven gentle natural parenting techniques.  Learn hands-on and step-by-step, how to help a baby sleep longer and calm the crying of even the fussiest infant in minutes.  Suitable from birth to 2 months, and in your last trimester of pregnancy! Partner and kids welcome as always.

THREE FREE CLASSES for women attending the information seminar

An exercise class specifically designed to prepare pregnant women for childbirth.  Uses a combination of yoga, bellydance, and fitness ball for strength, stability, stamina, and hip flexibility... all vital in helping you work WITH your body instead of AGAINST it during childbirth!
