“The Scientist” is a collaborative exhibition where science and art merge together through the art works of the students of the MCAST Fine Arts HND2.

The exhibition is going to take place in the context of 'The Science in the City Festival' and aims to draw the attention on the discussion about scientific matters taken from the artist’s point of view. Each student has been assigned a scientist and from then has been asked to produce a work of art which is inspired by the life and the research of the scientist.

The students produced successfully a series of visual art works, including sculptures, illustrations and photographs focusing on various themes, varying from the research on breast cancer, to epilepsy, to speech impediments and many more.

The exhibition will be inaugurated on the 16th September and can be visited till the 26th September.
