A water balloon fight is a great pastime on a hot summer day. The Water Balloon Fight Festival is the most fun you’ll have this summer!

For the first time two of the largest NGO’s on the island are joining forces with the aim to raise funds and awareness towards both Inspire and Puttinu’s hard work. Thousands of sea-water filled balloons await you and your friends on Sunday 30th August at Floriana Football Ground.

You and your friends as well as your colleagues and employees can join this event, to have fun and raise funds for two worthy causes. You can compete with your co-workers or with other companies, in one of our three areas. It is possible to join more than one water balloon fight and at the end there is a free fight with all the participants.

Sunday 30 August, 5:00 PM - 11:30 PM|FLORIANA FOOTBALL GROUND

For €5,- per person, every player gets 50 balloons and 30 minutes of fun!

Here's a great way to enjoy more your water balloon fight:

- Squeeze the balloons but not too much. If you squeeze the balloons when you throw the balloons they will pop faster when they hit the opponent. If you squeeze too much the balloon will pop on you.

- Catch balloons. If you catch the balloons properly then they won't pop and you will get another balloon. To catch the balloon extend your arms in front of you toward the balloon. When the balloon comes into your hands move your arms back slowly. This will reduce the speed of balloon and keep it from popping. If you can only use one of your hands do the same thing but extend your free arm outward, when you catch the balloon slowly turn your body.
