Teatru Salesjan is programming a new performance season for children called Nuna Palk. Original productions will be presented as mentioned below.

Title: Land of the Big Word Factory (Nuna Palk)
Land of the big word factory, performed by one of Malta’s most innovative theatre companies Theatre Anon, is an English adaptation of the album “La grande fabrique de mots” written by Agnes de Lestrade and illustrated by Valeria Docampo. The inventive performance with beautiful puppetry, music and live projections presents an imaginary land where all words are produced in a huge word factory. No word may be spoken unless it is bought and swallowed. In this world, the rich get to speak more often and use more powerful words. Poorer people cannot afford to buy these words and must use more common, less effective words, if they can afford any words at all. A young boy, Phileas, must find his own way of expressing his love for a young girl Cybele. But what can he do when he can only afford a few words?
Recommended age: 4+
Performance dates: 4th, 5th, 6th May at 6:30pm
Venue: Teatru Salesjan, Guze Howard Street, Sliema
Language: English
